✑ Artist's bio

My name is Alex Atzinger and I’m 32 years old from Louisville, KY. I am currently incarcerated at Louisville Metro Department of Corrections, but I will be getting out in the next month of two. I have spent almost 10 calendars in and out of prison since I was 18 due to a long battle with addiction and the lifestyle that comes with it. I have found inner peace through my artwork, and I am extremely passionate about it. I love painting, I am a beginner in the tattoo field, and drawing. But we are extremely limited to what tools I have in here, this drawing is done with a No.02 pencil which I have to sharpen on a crevice in the brick wall, lol. I have dreams if being a successful tattoo artist and would love to be able to apprentice under a talented artist because I know once I learn to use the machine properly, I will take oof. Until then, I will continue to teach myself. If there are any tips, resources, or advice I would love to hear back from you all. It does get lonely in here. I hope I get chosen to be a part of the book. .
